  • Junior Graphic Designer
    Madina, Accra • Trainee/Apprenticeship

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Apprentice) who is eager to learn, grow, and gain industry experience in graphic design. This role is designed for fresh graduates, students, or aspiring creatives who want to build a strong design foundation while working on real projects under professional guidance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist the design team in creating visual content for web, social media, branding, and print.

    Support with design mockups, layouts, and concept development.

    Learn and apply design principles, brand guidelines, and creative strategies.

    Work collaboratively with senior designers, marketers, and developers.

    Participate in brainstorming and idea sessions.

    Stay curious and keep up with new design trends and tools.

    Requirements

    Interest in graphic design and digital creativity.

    Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW).

    A good eye for detail, colors, fonts, and layouts.

    Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve.

    Team spirit and good communication skills.

    A basic portfolio, coursework, or personal design samples (advantage but not required).
